Hi, I'm Naledi.

I'm the founder of Naledi Creative Labs.

I help small businesses build professional websites that make a great first impression and create opportunities for growth.

But web development wasn't where my journey started.

For years, I worked in customer service, administration, retail, education, and business operations. I spent time helping businesses solve everyday problems, working with customers, managing processes, and understanding what it takes to keep a business running.

Through those experiences, I noticed something again and again:

Many great businesses were being overlooked simply because they didn't have a professional online presence.

That's what inspired me to learn web development and eventually start Naledi Creative Labs.

To strengthen my technical skills, I completed formal training through Zaio Institute of Technology and Southern Labs, where I gained experience in modern web development, software development principles, and digital solutions.

Since then, I've continued learning, building, and improving through real-world projects, personal development, and hands-on experience.

I believe the best way to learn is by solving real problems for real people.

I created Naledi Creative Labs because I wanted to help small businesses compete online without unnecessary complexity.
