Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how deposits, payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled for Naledi Creative Labs projects.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a project slot and commence work. This deposit covers planning, design, and work already started and is not refundable once work has begun.
Cancellation by the Client
If you cancel a project before work begins, any amount paid over and above the non-refundable deposit may be refunded at our discretion. Once design or development work has started, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Naledi Creative Labs
We may cancel or pause a project if content, feedback, approvals, or payments are not provided in line with the agreed timeline. Any remaining balance for completed work remains payable.
Templates and Digital Products
Templates and other digital products are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded because they are immediately usable digital goods.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method. Refund requests should be sent to naledi@naledicreativelabs.com with your invoice or payment reference.
