Care Plan Terms

These terms apply to ongoing Care Plans offered by Naledi Creative Labs after website launch.
What Care Plans Cover
Care Plans provide routine maintenance, backups, security and update checks, monitoring, and a monthly allowance of minor content changes or updates as described in the selected plan.
Monthly Billing
Care Plans are billed monthly in advance. Unused monthly update or support time does not roll over to the following month.
What Is Not Included
Care Plans do not include major redesigns, new pages, custom features, third-party platform problems outside NCL control, or emergency recovery unless separately quoted.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a Care Plan with notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is given for the current period already started.
